I’ve been really impressed with Frankie. Her standard of work is really high and she really treats our home respectfully. Clean and Refine services and prices are really clear and so if we want to add something in like a deep clean or bed change I know exactly how much it will cost and Frankie has been really flexible fitting those bits in at short notice. She is also very pleasant to deal with. I’d highly recommend her.

Frankie came to do a deep clean in two bathrooms, one of which included a double shower cubicle with yellowing grout and debris caught in the shower screen tracks. She did a great job. Cleaned the places which were hard to reach and totally revitalised both bathrooms. Will be booking again when deep cleans are needed. Easy to communicate with, lovely to deal with. Highly recommend

I've used Frankie for over a year now every other week. She's the best cleaner I have had. She has also done a few deep cleans for my mum. Fantastic service and very reliable. Very thorough. Highly recommend.
